How do you removing color-bled stains from shirt?

I just got this beautiful $60 shirt that is white and has embroidered flowers on it. After wearing it twice, i noticed that it was slightly dirty and decided it needed to be washed. Because I don't know how to wash clothes, especially one so delicate, i left it with a note for my mother telling her to wash it with cold water. Now a week later it's in the same spot, untouched for the most part, but now the green has bled onto the white. Is there any way to remove the bled-on green without ruining the embroidered green flowers?
