Who gave out ghostie promotional beanies?

My friend was digging through his old trunk and we came across a beanie plush toy of a "ghostie" Thats the actual name embroidered across the bottom of the toy. Who gave that out as a promo? Anyone remember? It wouldve been approximately in the 90s. Thanks in advance.
