Custom Embroidered Patches?

Hey I'll spare the boring details and just get down to it ; I want to make a custom black Embroidered patch that's about 4" x 3" for $7 (or less). I don't want to pay to have like 6 done or somthing I just want ONE. Does anyone know any site that would offer such a thing?
