School uniform - what can i do about this?

i have a polo shirt that i want to wear for my school uniform top, it has a tiny embroidered logo on the side of the chest but my school is really tight and wont let us wear anything but plain shirts :/ so is there anyway that i can get the logo off? should i unpick it or would that just ruin the whole top? thanks :)
