Victory Promotions in Watertown New York?

I ordered a Jacket and and am having it embroidered at Victory Promotions in watertown new york.....does anyone know how long it usually takes for them to finish things like this? she put down that it needs to be done asap, its been about 4 days already....any ideas how long its gonna take? please and thank you =)
