Video Editing question. Tracking Motion?

this was done in adobe after affects ( i would go with cs4 unless u have 64 bit system) its simplest thing u can u in there. u just have to watch one tutorial and thats it, practice and practice, u wont make it with windows movie maker, i personally dont like it, its too unprofessional, but u have to start with something:) pm me if u have any questions.
