What did women with bound feet do in their time?
Depends on the social class of the women. And it wasn't Asia in general, footbinding was a specifically Chinese thing. Some were aristocrats who lived in luxury and spent their days doing nothing in particular. Some were prostitutes. More common women worked, particularly with textiles. Women with bound feet could get around but kind of hobbled with mincing steps (this was considered elegant), they couldn't run or jump or anything, so they couldn't have been engaged in major farmwork or anything that would have required much mobility or traction.
