What would be a good gift for my maid of honor?

My maid of honor has been so much help, and I need help thinking of a GREAT gift for her. She's also my best friend. I got all my girls (3 bridesmaids and then my maid of honor) a make up bag with their names embroidered on them full of goodies (shower gel, lip balm, lotion, hand sanitizer...) and a tank top to wear while we're getting our hair and make up done on the day of the wedding that say ''Bridesmaid'' with the exception of my maid of honor, which is what her says. I want to get her something extra. Any suggestions?
