I have a blackberry storm that is unlocked from verizon but my sim card is t mobile. now it doesnt work.?

it was working with my sim card and just stopped working as i was sending a text. now when i go to mobile connections it reads verizon wireless even when my t mobile sim card is inserted. how to i get it to read my sim card?
