Testicular torsion help?

i had surgery for it a week and a half ago. well they anchored it and everything. i was pretty sure my right one became unanchored cause it was hanging horizontal as opposed from vertical but the doc said everything was healing up just fine. well, now my left one, the one that got twisted has been killin me the past 2 days. i just felt them and the left ones spermatic cords? feel thick, kind of like when it twisted it up but not nearly as bad. theyve twisted a lot of times before it got so bad where i needed to go to a doctor. it usually just went away after a while. im just worried and need your opinions beside telling me to talk to my doctor.
